  2.  0xInternal  agreed, he's not physically disabled or handicap. He is just suffering from a depression disorder. No reason to lock people up for that. He needs talk therapy not to be locked up in a mental ward.

  4. It's his stuff and it's on his property. That's not right. He needs mental help not to be terrorized by his neighbors and the city.
