  2. Upbeat Productions is right. The comment makes it seem like they know them personally. Called him a beautiful young man. Like they k on his personally or something. Being hit by a car doesn't make you beautiful. Quite the opposite.

  3. Straight up, I blame his parents for neglect and child engagement. So not sorry for it either. (☝️ that's the edit) WTH he should have never been alone. I'd never let my child walk to a neighbors house, borrow a bike and then ride to a store by themselves. Never. When I was five I was hit by a double decker bus in German. One of my brothers was hit by a car while walking. My other brother was hit on a bicycle while riding. All that love, time and investment in your child just to turn them endanger them. Shameful.
