  9. The answers for this are stupid. Everyone that isn't a flight risk gets bond. It's innocent UNTIL proven guilty. Meaning they are given bond and then have a right to a trial where a jury will decide their guilt or innocence. It's not innocent until accused. There must be a trial first.
