  4.  @allanpotocki5972  That I don't know. I asked the same thing at the time it happened. Now people are dying from it. I do know over 300,000 people in China died in one flood. There are reports that China was going to weaponize it's water supply against it's own people. I will try to share a link but I don't know if I can here.

  5. I remember watching china destroy their levees and use that water to create floods. The c.c.p. did this to their own people.
