  1. No, the government is supposed to obey us. That's why we have the constitution. The constitution is to govern the government. Not the people. It's why we have the bill of rights. It's why we have a malfeasance in office, a misfesance in office and a nonfesance in office. All of the things you listed are illegal. We just don't hold them accountable. That's why our constitution has a second amendment. People today are just cowards and the government has be taken over by the mafia. The definition of democracy is just Mob Rule. Also, none of those are consent. If someone doesn't expressly agree and enter into a contract then it is not consent.
