  2. Where I live panhandling is legal. We also offer shelter, food, clothes, we have daily jobs where they can work by the day, because some people aren't able to work everyday. We have places that give them clothes. We have places that give people furniture for houses. We even have a program where businesses owners like myself will pay someone's electric bill, or water bill, or rent. Even a house payment so someone doesn't lose their house and become homeless. We don't just help the homeless we help keep people from becoming homeless. So your egotistical arrogant self inflated comment is ludicrous. Edit: we also have more churches than gas stations and all our churches pay alms and donate money to the shelters and pay peoples bills. They also buy things for people with new babies. Like furniture, formula, diapers, clothes, toys, and strollers.
