  4. Sadly prosecution nation wide do this everyday. They will charge someone with everything that applies under the guise that multiple charges for one crime doesn't mean double jeopardy. When it absolutely does. They throw the book at people in the hopes one thing will stick. We don't like it when it's a gun case but when it's a pedophile then people are all for it.
