  5.  @johnbrooks756  They already know. That's where I got the information from. All anyone has to do is catch a story from the local station that first airs it and then follow it. Sadly when other stations re-report it they get facts wrong. It's sad they can't listen and repeat it without leaving things out or changing them. It's hard to not think that it's purposeful.

  8. Don't muddy the water. He wasn't hit by a car. You know it and the lack of evidence proves it wasn't a vehicle that hit him. Even sled made it clear they believe he was attacked by a group of boys with a bat in an ATV. They even took some paint from a blue ATV on the Murdaughs property on the night of the double homicide. Sled always suspected the Murdaughs but they could get a warrent because they controlled the prosecutors office. That was apparent by their actions on the night of the double homicide. As soon as they had access to the property they collected evidence in the Smith case. Maybe you should go watch the footage from that night again.
