All after trying to bring it out in court after being told not to. 😒 Definate intended deception. They didn't think the jury would tell. I bet they have done this before and not gotten caught.

  6. Exactly. It's shows premeditation and intent to deceive the jury. They thought they wouldn't get caught. They didn't count on the jury telling on them. I don't doubt they have done this before.

  7. It's the judges job to appoint someone to make sure what the jury gets and doesn't. It cost a lot of money for the judge not to make sure they don't have a slezzy lawyers in front of them doing underhanded things behind the judges back.
