  9. The motive wasn't money. 🔴⚠️The real motive, so what Paul did wasn't just a boat accident. When he killed Mallory Beach the Beach family didn't just sue Paul. They sued everyone. Including Buster because Paul had used his ID. They sued Paul for driving. They sued Alex because he owned the boat. They sued the store for selling them alcohol. Alex was not just going to have to pay the Beach family. They wanted a forensic audit of all Alex Murdaughs financial history. They wanted to know his complete net worth. Alex knew if this happened he would loose it all. So Alex and his father tried to say another boy was driving the boat. When that didn't work they found out they would have to go to court. I think it was a week before court his father died. Then everyone backed off of him and gave him some breathing room. Maybe he had something to do with his dad dying. I don't know. Maybe he thought he would get life insurance from his dad dying. Maybe enough to pay the Beach family to go away. I don't know. Maybe his dad just died of a broken heart. I really don't know. Either way at this point Alex knew he was about to loose it all. He told Maggie they would have to sell the house. It was in her name. Instead they set about putting the other properties in her name. This way they could get a divorce and then with everything in her name keep it all and the Beach family would get nothing. However this backfired because Alex had been stealing money from his law firm. He cashed a check that wasn't his and then he got the accountant to write the check twice. Then he cashed it again. He got caught, said it was an accident and them went and borrowed the money from the bank using one of the properties. He then over drafted his bank account by 300,000$ they allowed this because he always had large sums of money. When he went to transfer the house into Maggies name he found out that he couldn't transfer the house without paying close to 400,000$ or more for the money he owned and over draft fees and such. His only option to make the forensic audit, boat case and the Beach family go away and keep his crimes a secret was if Paul was killed and they thought the Beach family was responsible. He knew Maggie wouldn't allow Paul to be harmed without telling on him because Paul was a mama's boy. Friends of the family said she would tell Paul "you can do what ever you want because you're a Murdaugh" Maggie married Alex for his name and his privilege. If she lost that and thought he killed her son she would turn on him. Out of desperation he killed killed them as they were leaving the kennels. Maggie walked out and Paul was in the doorway. Alex came around the corner and shot Paul first because Paul at 22 and by the words of Alex himself was a man's man was the greater threat. Then he chased Maggie down and executed her. Not everyone is a kind loving good person. Keep in mind this I a man who stole from everyone he knew and clients in the most desperate hours of grief and need. His reputation was the only thing protecting him. It's what he's using now to hide behind. Just listen to the defense in the court room. They talk about what an upstanding member of the community he was. How he was a loving husband and father. Is a smoke screen for him to commit his crimes but that's not who is he. He is a callous thief a prolific liar a con man and a murderer. Maybe even a serial killer. Don't be fooled into thinking he's a good person like you are. He's not. He did this so his crimes would never be discovered. He ruined it all when cousin Eddie got caught and told everyone his plan to make the boat case go away by making people think there had been an attempt on his life. The Beach family lawyer even said on the stand under oath that he would have settled the case had he believed there really had been an attempt on Alex's life. However when caught cousin Eddie told it all. It was all in an effort to not get caught. It wasn't about the money.

  10.  @nancyfahey7518  I think he's a psychopath. Narcissist can't stand being accused of something. If you accuse a Narcissist they act like you threw acid in their face and they lash out. He doesn't lash out in anger. He's manipulative. On the stand his so called friend said he's the king of b.s. or something like that. He uses his words. Narcissist aren't really capable of that. He does have some traits of a Narcissist but Narcissist are on the same spectrum as a psychopath. They are also good at playing the victim. What he fails to take into account is people of Scottish or Irish decent as he is can't hide their true feeling. I know this first hand. We turn red. Like really red when we are truly upset. The times he fakes being upset you can see his skin color doesn't change. The times he's really mad or upset he turns bright red. You can see when our blood pressure goes up. For the most part he's been pretty chill and mildly pink. A couple of times when the evidence was compelling and he knew he turned really red. A few of those times he gave a witness the death stare over the top of his glasses. Other times where he acted like he was crying his blood pressure didn't rise and neither did his color. Watch him close and you will see what I'm talking about. The most dangerous time to be around a psychopath is when they have been confronted. Generally they do just what he did. They become overly nice. Like unusually nice so the person let's their guard down. That's what he did. He lulled them into a false sense of security. He lied about where is was. He said he was sleeping and he wasn't. He called Paul to be there who wouldn't have been there otherwise and he called Maggi to be there even though he knew she was busy. He didn't call Buster to be there though. When he's being questioned in the car and they ask him who all he called he doesn't mention he called a lawyer. However behind the driver's seat is sitting one of his lawyers. There were something like 15 people in that house that night. All people he called to be there. When there shouldn't have been anyone there. There are so many other things I could probably write you a book or at least a pamphlet here about it. I've been watching this since the Stephen Smith case. He was trying to stall the Beach case litigation or get them to settle and knew his lawyer friend who compromise if he thought Alex had an attempt on his life possibly by the Beach family. It was by the grace of God the cops caught his cousin Eddie and Eddie spilled the beans and told the whole plot. Eddie does drugs that we know because he's been arrested before. Yet there's no evidence Alex has ever done drugs. No doctor shopping and I haven't heard of any drug test. His lawyer is also a former democratic state senator. So expect them to play dirty. He's already said he's going to try and introduce Alex testimony through witnesses so he doesn't have to go on the stand. If he pulls it off it would help Alex because he's no good at faking emotions. All he understands is how to act entitled and get away with things. Friends of their family said they would tell their children that they could say and do anything they wanted because of their last name. Maggi married him because of his last name. His whole life was based on that name and it was about to mean nothing. He was about to loose everything he had. Including his wife and kids. Better for him to kill Maggi and Paul keep the money and property and still have Buster and his name. Psychopaths are very equation based thinkers.
