  12. She approached the car and unsnapped her holster. Then on the stand said she never unsnapps her holster on the way to a car because she's short and can lose her gun. Accept video shows her doing just that.

Had they don't their job properly and asked him to cut the car off and move to the back of the vehicle she wouldn't have had a chance to shoot him. However during her testimony she made it clear she had a complete disregard for regulations.

  25. Seriously what about Tony Tempa? He called for help. Instead they handcuffed him put him face down in the grass and crushed him to death all while he cried and said I can't breathe. Then the laughed about it and mocked him after he was dead. He didn't do anything wrong. He called for help. Your comment is cruel and you are wrong. People who comply are killed everyday. People of all races. You can watch them kill Tony facedown handcuffed in the grass being crushed to death. They put the video online.

Pat him down for weapons and then arrest him. They are never to stand in the doorway of the vehicle as she admitted on the stand. They are not to allow the vehicle to stay running which they did. They are not to pursue anyone in a residential area for a misnomer crime or warrant. They are never to fire a weapon at a moving vehicle. All regulations that weren't flowed. However none of that is even important now. What's important now is intent. She approached the vehicle and the video shows her unsnap her holster. When asked do you ever unsnap your holster when approaching a vehicle she stated no I never unsnap my holster on the way to a car because I am 5"3 and I can lose my gun. Accept the video clearly shows her approaching the vehicle with her hand on her holster and unsnapping it. That in itself proves intent. She is going to jail.
