I see you didn't watch the trial. He wasn't on trial for being there that wasn't part of the case and that wasn't allowed in the jury verdict. If you had your vote would have just been nullified by the judge and you would have been replaced by an alternate juror for being bias and unable to abide by the law.

The man who pursued him as you say is dead. He can't be charged with anything. The attacker on the bike attacked a man in his car. Watch it again and pay attention this time.

Because he went up and attacked a man while the man was in his car. Once the man got out of the car unarmed he could have just rode away.
