  1. Defense lawyers are out to win. Not to get to the truth. Sometimes the prosecution is like that too. They should be both working to find the truth. Regardless of where that leads. Court rooms shouldn't be about winning. It should be about truth and justice as it was designed to be. They are more worried about their numbers. Like people's lives are a sport.
