  1. The judge can rule that she can't fire her attorney. However the law is everyone has a right to council. What I hear is the lawyer doesn't want to have their client involved in their own defense. Which is actually a serious problem in our country.

  3. But the law says everyone has a right to council. The judge should have ordered the last lawyer to represent her anyway. A judge can order that she can't fire her lawyer. However this will get an appeal because the law states everyone has a right to council. Period. If the judge can't handle it then he should sent it to another jurisdiction.
