  2. Dear, defense attorney Thank you for explaining how this began and why he was running in the first place. So, your client was attempting to put out the fire? And they attacked him? Then they chased him? If that's the case then it's obviously self defense. How it began is the only thing that actually matters. Those who chased him were the aggressors.

  6. The judge is very unprofessional as well. Sitting there not paying attention. Crossing his arm. Leaning in his chair. It's distracting and quite worrisome for anyone expecting a fair trial. Also for a prosecutor to object during opening statements is odd and also unprofessional.
