Weren't they all in the same house? If so she can't be charged. Even if she let him spend the night with his mother that still isn't a crime. Unless they can charge her for neglect. Then they would have to prove grandma had prior knowledge the mother and bf were a danger.

@hollyholmes4654 she filed for an eviction there is nothing they can do because she tried to have them removed from the home. I'm glad my state isn't like that. If you tell someone to leave and they aren't on the lease they have to leave right then. No questions asked.

Could have been the boyfriend. Could have been grandma. Might not even be him that was found.

@jameslowery3498 being unfit is not the same as a potential murderer. I understand people are upset. However you all are letting your emotions get in the way of the actual scope of the Law.

@rakesfunnyfarm That's not actually a crime you can charge someone with. If so school officials would be arrested when there is a school shooting.

Until the DNA comes back they don't actually know if it's him. I'm horrified at the thought there could be more than one missing baby. One is heatwrenching enough. Aside from that bf wakes up and sees the child. Mom wakes up and reports him missing. Who's to say bf didn't get woken up by the baby and do something to him. Mom called the police the same day. Surly the police looked in the trash for the whole block in the search for him. If not, why?
