  8. Here’s a thought. Eliminate the IRS, its codes, etc. Then make a flat %age tax for EVERY ENTITY, with NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXEMPTIONS. Then a 5th grader could do the math without using any fingers to count on. That would save millions that are now wasted in computing and collecting taxes.
