  1. It isn’t like they are modifying an existing air frame. They are building a group of NEW airframes that bear an external silhouette to an old crop duster. Armament systems, stronger wings, etc make a different bird. You don’t go to war by spraying a field along behind you. You go to war by spraying bullets and rockets out in front of you.
