I’m going to guess that the shaping forces of several million years of evolution will continue to work. IE: humans in various locals and circumstances will evolve to be better adapted to those circumstances. Some of those locales may not be here on earth? So evolution “there” will be different than “here”. So will the products. Here on earth, we might develop an electronic ear? Or an electronic lobe in our brain? Courtesy of Half Vast Flying

Your overhead question is a great conversation starter. It opens up into branches, such as, “Do people seem to be evolving at a steady rate? Or, in steps?” “Do some populations evolve, while others either pause? Or simply do not seem to evolve?” “Has it been possible to identify any ‘triggering influences’ that may be related to evident evolution?” “Has there been any evidence of any populations devolving - going backwards to evolution?” Thank you.
