  1. I always found it interesting that the Christian afterlife has more in common with the Norse than the Jewish. Hel (and her realm Helheim) vs Valhalla seem much more like the Christian Heaven and Hell.

  2.  @Thesortvokter  there are definitely big differences, to be sure. There seems to be some Tartarus elements tied up in the Christian version. And Vallaha is more exclusive than Heaven, and seems like more fun honestly.
