People on these substances can have this weird reaction when they get adrenaline and their heart rate spikes that will stop their heart, especially if they've been on it for a long time and have weakened their heart. This is a well documented phenomenon and one that has been conveniently forgotten recently.

It makes me wonder if he had tried that before and other people just caved to his demands. He had the confidence of someone dropping a fishing line in a lake for the hundredth time. Like that was just how he learned to catch a meal.

@jirikurto3859 which is why you'll never see me risking my neck for leftists. That was Penny's only mistake... being in the wrong city. Being in a city that would let a man like this terrorize people regularly and then incarcerate the man who tried to stop him.
