  3. I used to be an athlete in high school. Wasn't the best, but I was decent. But I burnt out myself on working out... 4 hours a day for 4 years... by the time I got to college, I couldn't bring myself to do it anymore, at all. I'm trying to get back into it, but I have a serious mental block...

  4. ​@Kathakathan11 I had a good buddy in high school who was very overweight. It wasn't until after college that he started really getting into shape, but keto really worked for him. Nothing really did it before that. And according to him, once you start shedding pounds it becomes almost an addiction. There's a path for everyone, but I would recommend completely cutting bread as well as sugar. It's easier than you think. Wish you well.
