You shouldn't cry from physical pain. You should attempt to hide emotional pain when in the presence of woman and children as your job is to be a rock. Tears of joy should be reserved for the truely incredible.

@littlefrog9553 haha. Maybe so, but these are lessons instilled in men that have been forged in the fires of time. Its why boys cry when they break a bone and men yell and swear. I think all men are allowed exceptions though, for instance I always tear up in Lord of The Rings when Aaragorn says "my friends... you bow for no one..." Also, when I'm alone and reminiscing of lost loved ones I may shed a quite tear. Men and women mourn differently I suppose. It's not just crying either though, men generally look down on crazed frustration and similar emotional displays. I play golf with a buddy who will let out a loud scream when he does something dumb and I always see him as a child for a few minutes...

@philip Trevor you might be right to a degree, but I had the women in my family in mind when I said that. Ill stand by staying strong for children though.
