  2. If the lab didn't screw up and the mother lied, that will probably come out in that lawsuit. Also, basic human genetics can usually tell you if a kid is yours, or at least a ball park just by looking at eyes, hair, ears, etc. They used to teach this stuff in schools but had to stop because kids were finding out their moms were lying, and womankind was offended by this.
