These opinions are basically just an expensive purse or jewelry. Theyre a status symbol. Sort of 'look how well off I am that I can be this ridiculous!!'

@GlynDwr-d4h the problem is the expansion of the state is causing the problems, and they want to expand the state further as a solution. That's like chugging more vodka to cure alcohol poisoning... I'm not sure what economic model you are referring to, but it isn't free enterprise thats failing, it's the socialism that has been spreading through every institution. The the 'woke' movement is not a response to anything that happened in the last few decades. It's way older than that, it just goes by different names. It starts with Hegel and his power structures, the 'oppressed and oppressor' dynamic that their social theologies insist run through all aspects of reality. So basically, if these people are demanding totalitarian state power to alleviate the weight of state power in their lives... then they will simply doom themselves.

@GlynDwr-d4h tell me about it. The censorship has gotten out of control. I think it might be happening when someone doesn't like something you've said and reports it as spam or harassment. Then your comments get nuked for a week. Either that or they've added very innocuous words to the instant delete list.
