  1. Yay, glad to hear your doc visit went well! Hope to see you & your van life for many years to come. I had to give up caffeine also, per doctor's orders, because the stress of losing mom caused me to have IBS. I'm going to look for your favorite coffee brands to try, thanks for the tip.
