  1. Van Gogh was not a good artist. Neither was Picasso. Pollack was the worst ever. You've seen good art, and you KNOW these three aren't on that level. They couldn't achieve Rembrandt's level if their life depended on it. But bad art is the original crypto. It's worth what some shyster says it's worth. Easy money to get millions for an hour's work. It's a big scam. Before I switched to oil, I painted 5 acrylics, but acrylic didn't satisfy me. Too plastic-looking and flat. My first oil painting ended up perfect, because I didn't stop till it was. I had a photo for a reference, and I beat the photo. I should be getting quadruple what a Van Gogh goes for.
