  4. McCartney never led The Beatles. The session musician who fixed the Beatles' music on the records had to replace McCartney after he died, and since Billy Shepherd was really the only trained and musically competent member of the band, he took over as the Boss. There was resentment within the band, but with Billy's guidance and training, they were able to play live without sucking. The Rooftop concert wasn't just their first concert since 66, it was their very first live performance that didn't suck.
