  1. Why do police need guns at this point? Rubber bullets and tasers do just enough damage to knock anyone out. Since when is it SOP to kill someone especially your own citizens ain't like mad people traveling at this time out of country. Priority should 1st be to capture not kill. A bullet proof shield and tasers and rubber bullets should be more than enough to keep a cop safe and able to detain anyone. Or at least able to grab a gun if it was really necessary.

But since this place clearly hates black people and domt allow them to excel not to mention police department kind of has favoritism within it. Plus I'm firefighter little more respect not mention fire fighters dont like cops. I'm not big on harassing people for money on the road either. But you seem full ideas.
