  3. Well you cant change your managers expectations, but you can manage yours. You didn’t screw up and get fired from both jobs, you burned out of both jobs. Why? Your expectations of your own work were too unrealistic. Next time remember, 75% effort IS ENOUGH. Your boss will always be “mad at you” because it MAKES YOU WORK FASTER. He would say the same thing if you were 5% faster or slower.
