  2. Notice the guy ran, then stopped but was bouncing up and down and pointing at a distant location. And notice the COP IS FAT. Cops fault departments fault, period, but the guys fat. This dude might be a runner, he did 5 weird movements up AND DOWN then BACK UP before going down again. This fat guys thinking this kids about to lunge away like a cat, hes to chubby for another 10 strides! He chucked the taser to save himself some calories. Why did the stupid hippy run 10 feet though wtf? I thought asshole judges and corrupt cops could spin that story easily enough. Suppose the guy convulsed and broke his face, coulda been lethal with the brain probe….
