  1. honestly the thing was DOA even if all the claims were true. If its a millionth the efficiency of a regular thruster, you would be using nuclear fuel at about the same rate you would be burning chemical fuel in a regular rocket (nuclear fuel has about a million times the energy density of regular fuel). It would offer no benefits over a regular rocket.
