Biden singing “Happy Birthday” – arggh – it’s like in the movie 2001, where the HAL 9000 super computer, as he’s being slowly disassembled against his will, starts singing songs from his early training period - “Daisy, Daisy, …” and just sings slower and slower, deeper and deeper, down to incoherence. Sad and grotesque.
