  2. I wouldn't suppose such diplomatic meetings (as USA vs India) to be productive as they appear to be inherently combative. Among generally equal sides, one might well suppose that a 'carrot or stick' approach would produce rancour, rather than cooperation

  4. I think I see it now. AZOV is being targetted - the "Z" is banned, now the "V", so we're left with AO. I bet those go next and AZOV will simply evaporate.
