  1. The EU line is that Putin is crazy – but the EU is constantly goading Russia, and acting from the basic assumption that they can rely on Putin to behave and respond in a sane, adult manner. Meanwhile the EU is sounding crazier and crazier.

  3. LOL I suspect that if Russia were balkanized - that CHINA would step in, take over a good part of Russia, and increase its power - so the US again will build up its enemies

  4. Someone seems to have got all the white Christian countries (the West and Russia) trying to decimate each other. Balkanize Russia, destroy the EU and its economy, de-industrialize Germany, depopulate Ukraine. Is this Lao Tzu at work? China sure would like to add big parts of Russia to itself, it sure would like to take over parts of the near East from a weakened USA.
