  2. Best workaround on the devastating "Z" ban is simply to flip all "Z"s 90 degrees to become "N"s. So we then would have Nebras in the Noo, and Nelenski, and the state of Arinona, and nothing becomes Nero. Of course Cyrillic has no "Z" so no action required from the Russians.
