  1. LOL Stoltenberg says Ukraine's current errant missile is ultimately Russia's fault - because Russia started the war . Using this way of thinking, the Ukrainian missile that hit Poland is actually Stoltenberg's fault because he pushed Russia with his aggressive NATO expansion. So instead of just saying "oops" here, it seems Stoltenberg really wants to start a bigger war
