  4. Joe's still "in charge" - that makes him dangerous - like a cranky old grandpa with a submachine gun. He's still fouling up the Ukraine war - trying to make it impossible for Trump to resolve - so he's keeping a dangerous war going just out of personal spite. Sort of evil actually.
