  5. If the polling is very strong for Kamala - they might have the effect they did on the Trump/Hillary election. There, Hillary was a shoo-in, bound to win according to the polls - result - a lot of Hillary fans didn't bother to vote. No need. On the other hand, the riled up Trump guys were galvanized. So if you're ahead in the polls - don't boast about it.
