  4. The US thinks it's using Ukraine as a proxy in a war with Russia. I suspect that Russia is doing the same thing (but better) - using Ukraine as a proxy against the US in an economic and political war. Huge US bank collapses, China turning against the West, Iran and Saudi joining together, a discreditting of the West's financial/business structures - all freely happening while the US focusses on Ukraine.
