Quanell X and/or HPD officers are flagrantly committing obstruction and whomever it is, needs to be immediately held accountable. Janie Santana (Rudy's mother) and quite possibly Rudy Farias himself, also needs to be charged and held accountable.

  3.  @GlennaVan  I know that she did not get the money, which she described as being like a "spear in my heart" but I doubt that he took any consolation in knowing that she would not be receiving it. If she would have, JJ might have been returned to his family. I doubt it but anything is possible. It is quite obvious that not receiving the life insurance payout was a pivotal moment, leading to many changes in their plans.

The disconcerting part, if indeed this is the truth of the matter (which it seems to be), is that Quanell X says that Janie Santana contacted him to be present with her/Rudy during the police interview. Then, after the interview is over and HPD seems to be saying that they are not interested in following up with any sort of prosecution(s), Quanell X is the person making allegations/accusations against Santana.
