He did indeed commit an error in judgement but it had nothing to do with braking any code of conduct. The avoidance of my question shows that you are totally aware of the fact that Da Landlord was crying that he could not breath because he was overdosing before he was even asked to get out of his vehicle. He was not placed in the back of the patrol vehicle and brought to jail because they were waiting for an ambulance, as he was dying from the overdose that killed him.

Have a look at the "Position Statements - AABA" and then let me know how credible/scientific you think the AABA is.
