Bidens disapproval by Americans is overwhelming in the negative and she's desperate. All her husband does is scream. Jill thinks Americans are deaf, blind, dumb. Her husband is the one who can't put two sentences together, can't hide his mumbles and lost wandering on stage, it's all over the videos on television, she's in some of them, humiliated by her body language.
