How was Germany a country of only 70 million going to take over the world?The US alone had twice Germany's population ,5 times their resources and 4 times their manufacturing capacity.  Germany was no threat to the US one on one let alone teamed up with the USSR and UK. I always laugh when I hear how Germany's plan was to take over the world. It was mathematically  never a possibility.

  7. With the invention of the H-Bomb you can not have a world war any longer because nobody can win. All we have now is conflicts, mostly middle east and Africa fighting among themselves. WW2 ended the depression in the US , so I doubt they would have change a thing even if they could go back in time.

  8. The other leader were not on a island . How was the Germans ever going to cross the channel when the British navy was 10 times bigger than the German navy? The British army could not get out of mainland Europe at Dunkirk fast enough.
