  3. China GDP per capita is below Botswana Africa . It's a billion working poor. Overpopulation hurts China because they must import resources to maintain 1.4 billion people. Also pollution China has more cars than the US has people.. That's not a good thing.

My Worldometer states, at top of list states. "Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita shows a country's GDP divided by its total population. The table below lists countries in the world ranked by GDP at Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) per capita, along with the Nominal GDP per capita.   9.  @legpol  China isolated itself to well. They invented gunpowder but had no guns when the Boxer rebellion happened. in 1899 and the west basically had their way with China.
