  3. Makes no sense. Attacking with Bio weapon would end up with the same results as Nuclear weapons attack. China would not survive the retellation response.

  5. I was thinking the same. Not a very good Bio weapon with a 97% survival rate. China already has nukes if they needed high casualty numbers in a war.
