  2. The war was decided by the time the ME-262 came out and there was no desire to even have a Jet let alone copy it . The British had the Meteor and never use it , the US had the Bell P-59 Airacomet and never brought it over to Europe like they did not used the new Persian tank . It was over for Germany even if Germany made a F-16 at this stage of the war.
