  38.  @eddieB-8  I read Putin's 5000 word essay he wrote in 2021 called. ON THE HISTORICAL UNITY OF RUSSIANS AND UKRAINIANS Putin himself wrote that all 100% of Ukraine belongs to Russia and Ukraine is not even a country . So taking 20% of the country after 17 months is a massive failure .
