"It takes a brave man to be a coward in the Red Army" Joseph Stalin.
2100
TurnTimeTable I Always wondered why the 40 million French did not attack from the rear on D-Day.
43
Don't Forget about the 7 million angry Russians heading to Hitler's Bunker in Berlin in 1944 . I'm sure they did some distracting from the west.
36
in WW2 the USSR population was 160 million. Germany's population was 70 million. Of course Russia could lose more people. "It takes a brave man to be a coward in the Red Army" Joseph Stalin.

Stalin invaded east poland with Hitler. At the end of the war Stalin took all of Poland and eastern Europe anyways. Hitler or Stalin doing it what's the difference? Britain went Bankrupt and a distant 3rd place world power for nothing.

160,000 KM or 8 year warranty? So it a causal 2nd car? $7000 for a new battery? (Is that installed?) I Had a new V8 engine installed in my truck for $5500. Gas engines last over 250,000 KM easily.

Stay home save money. Take a cruise.
2
After the Battle of Kursk the Russians were on a one way trip to Berlin no matter what. It's how it goes when a country of 170 million with one front is fighting a Country of 70 million who has 3 fronts to worry about.
2
It used the same motor so not a big deal. Should be titled Merlin engine flaw.

Also how do these cars work when they are used and 5 years old. It has to work 100%perfect 100% of the time or it's a death trap.
2
Unlike a failed taillight or emission sensor where you can fix it later on. A Driverless car MUST run at 100% reliable at 100% of the time. Even at 99% it is a death trap to everyone. Name a man made mobile object that is 100% reliable? Even when "new" let alone when these cars get to be 5 to 10 years old. The first transportation company to kill someone over a fail or snow covered senor will be the first bankrupt company.
2
The Carrier was surrounded by its escorts like always. What video did you watch?
2
The Elephant in the room. At no time in earth's 4 billion year history did it have 7.7 billion people and ALWAYS GROWING . (4 billion in 1980 in comparison) . More people use up more of EVERYTHING. Use less resources? More like we need less resources consumers.

Jan 25, 2019 is the past not future. Their are videos on Youtube that are much older than this one.

0:18 Don't call the post war Spanish Merlin abortion a Bf-109.

Four 20mm vs the Mustangs six 50 cal. Not sure who wins there?
1
There was 4.3 billion people on the planet in 1980 , today we are at 7.8 billion and always growing. 10 billion predicted for 2050, things will get worse.

Britain and France declared war on Germany for invading West Poland while the Russians invaded East Poland. At the end of the war Stalin toke all of Poland and eastern Europe anyways. D-Day was to prevent Russia from taking all of Europe.
1
After the German loss at Kursk in 1943 it was a unstoppable Russian march to Berlin from then on. After World War II, the Soviet Union extended its control into Eastern Europe. It took over the governments in Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Yugoslavia. Only Greece and occupied Austria remained free. If It was not for D-Day what would have kept the Russians continuing west from taking all of German and west Europe. Look up "Operation Bagration " It was only 2 weeks after D-Day and it made D-Day look like a skirmish. D-Day or not the Russian were over running Germany at that late stage without any help.
1
Like I said look up "Operation Bagration " the Russians were in full control of beating Germany. They out numbered the Germans in everything.
1
""Operation Bagration " just proved the Germans were full out losing before D-Day , the Russians sure did not plan a massive operation like that in 2 short weeks.Do you think the Russians would have handed west Germany to the allies as agreed if we did not get there before the Russians over ran all of Germany? That was the true reason for D-Day It was not to decide the outcome of the war, the Russians settle the out come almost two earlier.
1
Even before Operation Bagration in June 1944 the Germans were on a constant losing retreat since after Kursk in Aug 1943. Of course they knew they were going to win. Tehran Conference was a strategy meeting in Iran of Stalin, . Roosevelt, and Churchill in December 1943 were they decided how to split Germany up after their defeat. Stalin would have not shared Germany if he stormed over it before the US and UK got there. That is what D-Day was about.
1
True - The US and UK would not waste people on a city they already bombed to rubble along time ago.
1
They are 0.0000001% of cars on the road now and already having real world issues. What will happen when millions are on the road? Unlike a failed taillight or emission sensor where you can fix it later on. A Driverless car MUST run at 100% reliable at 100% of the time. Even at 99% it is a death trap to everyone. Name a man made mobile object that is 100% reliable even when new let alone when these cars get to be 5 to 10 years old. Driverless cars will never happen in a vast scale.
1
Like there's hundreds of docs on ww2 and the Germans lose every time. The information is the same because that was the facts, but his presentation is good.
1
They want to know their own weakness.
1
Active gives your own position away.
1
Do you know how many tanks had sloped armor before the T-34? The first french tanks, the Schneider CA1 & Saint-Chamond had sloped armor to their front.

Merkel will turn them into mosques .

Merkel will turn them into mosques in Germany.

That's why the Lancaster bomber could not do a inverted split-S get away.

1,000,000 macheted Tutsi never got to see this marvel of Rawandian civilization.
1
Exactly The British/Canadians just got to Denmark before Russia. Once Russian liberates something they do not leave. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OWcRl7Q7pGs&t=1s

Japan was blockaded in 1945 how did they get fuel for their planes.
1
And in Canada. All 4 corners have a stop sign and the first to stop has the right to move on their way first.
1
We put a man on the moon. But yes I never thought Muslims countries had submarines like that. Well done Swedenstan.
1
@liampeet15 "Sweden is not a Muslim country" Give it 20 years and get back to us.
1
They had the US and UK on their side , how could they lose? Even if Russia surrendered the US alone could beat two Germanys with there larger population , resources and much larger manufacturing capacity.
1
@impaugjuldivmax The US build things faster http://www.combinedfleet.com/economic.htm They did not need it at the very start.
1
Merkel will turn them into mosques .
1
USA , UK and USSR against Germany a country of only 70 million people back then. Hard th believe people back then thought Germany ever could win.
1
@alessandroguermandi8828 Not sure. Germany could not cross the channel and Britain's anti-sub tech made U-boats a suicide trip later on. I foresaw a long stalemate between Britain and Germany.
1
@alessandroguermandi8828 If you study it, it was Britain that made the breakthroughs in naval Sonar , Radar, code breaking and the hedgehog. The US would have supplied Britain even without being officially at war with Germany. V2 were very inaccurate with a 2000 lb warhead , your not going to bomb a nation to the ground with those very quick. Over time they would have to talk. I do not think Germany wanted to occupy France forever, They would eventually pull out like Russia did in the occupied East Europe countries. It's a big who knows thing. Fact is Germany was a small county of 70 million in WW2, how could they even police all of Europe and Russia if they won.
1
It looked like he was past but the shockwave knocked him down , he probably got back up with bells ringing.
1
We sat back and watched Hitler and Stalin bleed each other white before launching D-Day for a good reason. It was the plan.
1
So it just needs a man made object that is 100% reliable? Imagine these driverless cars once the cars are used and 5 years old?
1
The Russians lost 300,000 taking a bombed out city of rubble from a defeated Germany. The US and UK sat back and watched in disbelief.
