  1. How come at 3:11 they show a picture of the sub below the water firing the torpedo at the Ship?  At 2:30 you said a sub must surface to fire a torpedo.

  2. How could the Lusitania not have enough lifeboats in 1915? 1;50 in video After the Titanic sinking it was law enforced by the  SOLAS Convention in 1914 that member ships have life boats for all , which the British was a main member.
